Construction Updates

Construction started on October 20, 2025. Works in 2025 include:

• Establish contract signing and PVMS

• Temporary electrical work to provide power to Highway 7 high mast lighting during works

• Remove concrete gore area and curb and gutter on S-E/W ramp to permit Stage 2B traffic

• Reconstruct Victoria and Bruce Street intersection

• Construct sanitary and storm sewers

• Demolition of Frederick Street Bridge is scheduled for December 6, 2025, weather permitting and subject to change
